Hopewell Residential Management is seeking a Construction Administrator/Coordinator for our Calgary Multi‑Family team. This full‑time, on‑site role supports projects from start‑up through turnover, coordinating documents, permits, and communications with project managers, trades and suppliers.
You will maintain accurate project files, track action items, prepare agendas and minutes, and support turnover activities to keep schedules and quality on track.
