Tricon Living is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support our Toronto portfolio, including The Stella on Dundas Street West. The role involves hands-on building maintenance, preventative tasks, and coordinating with property teams to keep resident and tenant experiences secure, reliable and disruption-free.
You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and life-safety systems, work with licensed trades, and uphold Tricon Living’s standards of service.
