The role Calibrate machine parameters using data sheets and the target specifications
Troubleshoot processing issues such as flashing, shorts, dimensional inconsistencies
Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize quality and efficiency and reduce downtime
Monitor machines for possible upcoming repairs and work with maintenance to keep optimization of machine efficiency
Oversee and track work orders in ERP systems/CMMS Systems
Train shift supervisors and cell leads on use, care, processes, and procedures for injection molding machines and supporting equipment
Lead and support new product launches, mould trials, process validation, and production start-ups




Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to process and production challenges
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing scrap and improving quality
Other duties as assigned by management
What you’ll bring Minimum 5 years of injection moulding processing experience
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based manufacturing systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
