Use graphic design and Adobe expertise as an Associate Designer supporting OMERS Pension Communications in a versatile hybrid workplace. Create clear member experiences across digital and print channels.
This 18-month contract reports to the Associate Director, Pension Communications, and collaborates closely with the Design team. You will execute the Pensions visual identity within the OMERS brand, supporting awareness, audience education, and engagement. The work spans presentations, newsletters, websites, email campaigns, social media, reports, and training materials.
Key Responsibilities: Provide PowerPoint and PDF design support to Pensions teams
Execute website, email, newsletter, and social media solutions
Present designs for statements, reports, and education materials




Maintain cohesive Pensions identity across communications channels
Coordinate projects and monitor emerging design technologies
Requirements: Graphic Design university degree or college diploma
At least two years of related work experience
Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the MS Office suite
Content management system experience, such as Contentful
Bring Adobe, PowerPoint, and brand execution skills to OMERS communications serving members and other key stakeholders.
