As a Digital Change Specialist, you will support implementation of digital solutions through change plans, documentation, and engagement strategies. You will gather current-state challenges, define desired outcomes, and help project teams carry out adoption activities. The work includes communications, workshops, stakeholder engagement, progress metrics, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities: Support change management activities for recent digital initiatives
Develop plans, documentation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
Prepare tailored communications about digital initiatives




Support workshops and project team adoption activities
Track progress metrics and document implementation lessons
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Six-plus years in change management or related work
Equivalent education and experience considered
Stakeholder and workshop support experience preferred
PROSCI or similar certification preferred
