The position emphasizes welcoming customers, processing transactions, and building rapport with assigned and new clients. You will also introduce ONE Insurance’s broader products and services when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding counsel on Autopac and Driver Licensing products
Build rapport with existing, assigned, and new clients
Action transactions using professional and friendly service




Actively cross-sell available auto extension product options
Support Personal Lines processing and related duties
Requirements: Insurance industry or comparable customer service experience preferred
Organized, efficient, and attentive to detail
Ability to multitask while communicating effectively
Adaptable approach and positive team participation
Legally entitled to work in Canada
