As an HR Systems Solutions Manager, you will serve as a primary technology partner to HR functions across McKesson. You will understand business processes, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and develop solution options with HCM Architecture and technology teams. The assignment offers broad exposure to enterprise HR technology, vendors, cybersecurity, and technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Understand HR priorities, processes, and desired business outcomes
Evaluate existing capabilities before introducing new technologies
Participate in vendor demonstrations, product reviews, and roadmap discussions
Partner with cybersecurity, architecture,

Ensure implemented technology remains reliable and supportable
Requirements: Four or more years in enterprise applications, SaaS, or technology consulting
