Analyze complex accounts payable transactions at Vantage in Montreal with flexible work arrangements, using reconciliation and stakeholder communication skills.
As an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support Vantage’s North American Shared Services team. The position focuses on invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, vendor relationships, and accurate transaction recording. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while managing projects with limited oversight and supporting process improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Process invoices, progress billing entries, and expense reports
Reconcile past-due balances and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and accurate accounts payable information




Prepare aging reports and payment status updates
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements: Two to five years of Accounts Payable experience
Robust knowledge of accounts payable processes and high-volume invoicing
Understanding of accounting principles, including CAPEX and OPEX
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
English required; French helpful
Apply accounts payable expertise, analytical skills, and invoice reconciliation experience while supporting Vantage’s Montreal accounting operations.
