Vantage Hotels seeks a Maintenance Technician for its family-owned 80-room property. You will support daily upkeep, mechanical systems, staff housing, grounds, and guest areas. The work combines preventative maintenance, work orders, seasonal procedures, and cross-department support.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain guest rooms, common areas, systems, grounds, and housing
Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, pool, spa, and HVAC work
Execute preventative maintenance schedules and respond to work orders
Remove snow, landscape grounds,



and complete periodic yard work
Report priorities, safety compliance, and improvements to the Maintenance Manager
Requirements: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
General building trades proficiency or willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-starter skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and multitask
Valid Alberta Class 5 licence with clean abstract
