This full time role supports customers, partners, vendors, and business processes through low to moderate-risk transactions. You will use operational expertise, internal procedures, and service level agreements while addressing questions and escalating issues appropriately. The position requires an undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred, and one or more years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities: Execute transactions accurately within established procedures and service levels
Validate incoming transaction information and perform authorized adjustments
Investigate operational issues and escalate high-risk activities




Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Identify process improvements and share operational knowledge
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
One or more years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of supported business and operational functions
Understanding of regulatory requirements for supported jurisdictions
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Apply transaction accuracy, operational judgment, and regulatory awareness while supporting TD Wealth customers and partners in Toronto.
