This Patient Registration Clerk works in the Emergency Department alongside a multidisciplinary health care team. The position requires Medical Office Administration training, emergency clerical experience, and patient registration or bed allocation experience. Strong keyboarding, interpersonal communication, and client service skills support patient-focused care delivery. Knowledge of Expanse is preferred, while payroll timesheet experience and Collective Agreement knowledge are assets.
Key Responsibilities: Complete patient registration and bed allocation activities
Perform accurate keyboarding and data entry




Support positive customer relations across client groups
Collaborate with emergency health care team members
Contribute to safety and adverse event prevention
Requirements: Community College Medical Office Administration diploma or equivalent
Medical Terminology Certificate and emergency clerical experience
Patient registration or bed allocation experience
Keyboarding and data entry accuracy requirements
Advanced English and French bilingualism
