Key Responsibilities: Process vendor payments accurately and manage the Accounts Payable mailbox
Investigate claims and deductions with urgency
Manage fixed assets, audits, and system updates




Reconcile daily inventory across onsite and outside locations
Prepare journal entries and explain account fluctuations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting, or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of accounting concepts and reporting
Analytical problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required
