The Ramp Agent coordinates aircraft ground activities and supports personnel and operations. You may perform courier, cargo handler, or dispatcher duties while mentoring hourly employees. The work requires conflict resolution, loading procedures, customs paperwork, and customer relations. Scheduled hours run Sunday through Thursday, with overnight shifts subject to operational needs.

Ability to process Canadian customs paperwork
Valid driver's licence and positive driving record
