This Public Engagement Advisor supports EPCOR projects through engagement and communications activities. You will develop plans, manage issues, connect with diverse audiences, and coordinate materials across writing, digital, and social media channels. The position requires collaboration across teams and strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities: Develop engagement plans and manage assigned project activities
Execute consultations, notifications, open houses, and community events
Create accessible materials from technical project information
Track stakeholder communications and maintain databases




Serve as rotating after-hours media spokesperson
Requirements: Diploma in public relations, communications, social sciences, or related field
Four-plus years of related engagement, communications, or public relations experience
Strong planning, organization, writing, editing, and research skills
Experience with digital channels, social media, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
Ability to manage complex projects and competing deadlines
Bring stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and transparent writing skills to EPCOR’s public-facing projects in Edmonton.
