Trillium Health Partners seeks Registered Nurses for the 2J Cardiovascular Unit. You will support post-operative cardiac and vascular surgery patients through progression pathways and discharge education. The work includes interdisciplinary collaboration, nursing care management, and patient-centered partnership models.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care for cardiac patients
Support post-operative cardiac and vascular surgery patients
Contribute to progression pathways and discharge education
Serve as practitioner, consultant, and educator




Follow nursing standards and THP best practices
Requirements: Register in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Cardiovascular surgery experience required and considered an asset
Complete Coronary Care 1 or commit within six months
Complete a cardiac or ECG rhythm interpretation course
Demonstrate decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
Bring cardiac nursing, rhythm interpretation, and collaborative care skills to Trillium Health Partners’ cardiovascular team in Mississauga.
