Use SAP MM and procure-to-pay expertise as a Procurement Administrator supporting Stream Source’s Supply Chain Service Center in Calgary. Manage purchasing transactions accurately.
This five-month contract supports Business Units across the Oil and Gas Sector. You will administer purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and vendor communication within established service level agreements. The work follows five days on, two days off, with eight-hour days.
Key Responsibilities: Create and monitor purchase requisitions and approvals
Create, approve, transmit, and manage purchase orders
Confirm material receipts and create service entry sheets
Resolve invoice problems and payment imbalances
Respond to Business Unit and vendor inquiries
Requirements: High school diploma and two-plus years’ related experience
Understanding of procure-to-pay processes and SAP MM
Detailed, accurate approach to transaction processing
Robust verbal, written, and time management skills
Ability to work independently with large volumes
Apply procurement administration, SAP MM, and purchase order lifecycle knowledge while supporting accurate P2P services in Calgary’s Oil and Gas Sector.
