Operate a healthcare security Control Centre in Toronto, using CCTV, access control, and dispatch systems during overnight shifts. This full time position runs Monday-Friday, 2300-0700.
As a Security Operations Dispatch Centre Operator, you will monitor systems at a Government of Ontario Building. The position includes emergency announcements, telephone response, security staff deployment, incident call taking, and public-facing service. You will also manage facility keys, access cards, and visitor badges.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor CCTV, access control, fire, and life safety systems
Make emergency overhead announcements when required
Answer telephones and dispatch calls
Track and deploy security staff
Issue facility keys, access cards, and visitor badges
Requirements: Minimum two years of security or dispatch experience
Working knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
Valid CPR and First Aid Level C certification
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Use of Force and MOAB certifications
