The Customer Supply Chain Analyst executes end-to-end customer order fulfillment for TTI Canada. You will investigate exceptions, coordinate inventory availability, and communicate across Sales, Demand Planning, Distribution, and Customer Service. The work supports fill rate objectives, compliance requirements, and service performance.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate order exceptions and resolve fulfillment disruptions
Coordinate inventory constraints and prioritize customer orders
Monitor and release orders within established timelines
Prepare service performance and fulfillment risk reports




Identify process improvements across supply chain operations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, statistics, or related field
Three-plus years in supply chain or forecasting roles
Robust analytical skills and Excel proficiency
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
