As Production Manager, Wall Panels, you will partner with the Branch Manager to deliver dependable production workflows. The position leads team members, screens orders, forecasts material demand, and updates schedules as variables change. You will also maintain standards across machinery, infrastructure, field assembly, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities: Screen incoming orders and determine required production time
Maintain feedstock materials, inventory levels, and demand forecasts
Update production schedules and monitor performance against established baselines
Promote environmental health and safety program compliance




Review daily time summaries before submitting payroll information
Requirements: Three or more years managing production or manufacturing operations
Strong communication, active listening, and creative problem-solving skills
Leadership experience coaching and developing employee skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
Construction and framing background considered a solid asset
Apply production management, inventory planning, communication, and process improvement skills across Star’s wall panel operations.
