As a Debrief Supervisor, you will support daily delivery operations through courier debriefs, invoice audits, equipment coordination, and compliance monitoring. The position works with supervisors, drivers, IT, HR, and service providers to resolve issues promptly. Strong organization, communication, and computer literacy are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct courier debriefs and reconcile shipments after routes
Verify checkpoints, labels, inspections, and compliance requirements
Review invoices and correct discrepancies within 24 hours
Analyze GPS, Geotab, and debrief data inconsistencies
Report incidents, damages, and operational issues to management
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Explicit command of English and French
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience in transport industry preferred
