In this senior support position, you will investigate technical inquiries, direct client requests, and coordinate responses across support channels. Your work includes network products, protocols, standards, Windows operating systems, Office 365, and current network hardware. You will help maintain documentation, identify recurring trends, and contribute to reliable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Research network products, services, protocols, and standards
Troubleshoot routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs
Investigate firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems




Maintain network inventories and technical documentation
Recommend CRM and PSA process improvements
Requirements: Solid knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards
Technical knowledge of Windows, server platforms, and Office 365
Ability to research networking issues and products
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
College diploma, university degree, or equivalent IT experience
