Key Responsibilities: Provide frontline leadership to all Team Members
Maximize store financial performance through revenue and cost management
Train, develop, and retain high-performing talent
Set expectations, manage performance, and hold teams accountable
Partner with district recruiting to strengthen future leadership
Requirements: Three-plus years managing high-volume customer service businesses
Experience in food service or retail preferred
Proven P&L;, revenue, and cost management experience
Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
Food Manager certification or completion within thirty days
