Sources Community Living Services seeks a Community Living Worker for Primrose Centre in Ladner. You will support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or intellectual disability across residences, programs, workplaces, communities, and designated settings. The work promotes independence, well-being, and social participation through relationship building, guidance, and cooperative support.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with individuals receiving community living services
Coach and guide clients across designated settings




Aid and support clients in daily activities
Keep notes and review individual progress
Monitor positive behavior support strategies and safety
Requirements: Empathy and self-awareness
Initiative and integrity in assigned work
Physical ability for home and community activities
Knowledge or experience with mental health and intellectual disabilities
Valid driver’s license and CUPE Local 1936 membership
Bring empathy, initiative, and community-based support skills to Sources Community Living Services at Primrose Centre in Ladner.
