The Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist manages customer accounts, credit applications, credit limits, collections, and reconciliations. You will monitor risk, improve cash flow, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Collaboration spans sales, service, parts, finance, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities: Manage invoicing, payment applications, adjustments, and account reconciliations
Monitor aging reports, balances, overdue accounts, and collection priorities
Perform credit checks and complete approval documentation
Contact customers about overdue invoices and outstanding balances




Support audits with records, reconciliations, and credit documentation
Requirements: Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
Five or more years in accounts receivable, credit, or collections
Understanding of credit assessment, collections, reconciliations, and aging
Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and large account portfolios
