Lead processing operations at SNDL’s Atholville Facility through robust team supervision, quality control, and regulated manufacturing expertise. This hands-on role covers three shifts.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor directs day-to-day Processing Department operations. You will lead teams, manage production plans, and maintain standards across schedules, goals, and quality requirements. The position includes coaching employees, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement through production data.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise production teams across three shifts
Manage schedules, assignments, training, breaks, and coverage
Enforce SOPs, GMP, safety, and environmental policies




Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
Track KPIs and identify process improvements
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Leadership experience in manufacturing or production
Strong communication and team development skills
Knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and production processes
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
Apply production leadership, quality oversight, and problem-solving skills while guiding SNDL’s Atholville processing teams across three shifts.
