Key Responsibilities: Take first notice of loss claims for auto and property files
Explain basic claim processes and provide general information
Answer questions about policies, processes, and next steps
Update claim information and obtain necessary file details
Schedule inspections or arrange mitigation services when needed
Requirements: At least one year of customer service experience
Bilingual English and French communication skills
Solid oral and written communication competency
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and high volumes
