Key Responsibilities: Ensure staff follow corporate operational standards and procedures
Maintain appropriate inventory and coordinate order placements
Complete store audits and safety audits
Coordinate minor store repairs and corporate paperwork
Coordinate store staff toward targeted business results
Requirements: At least two years retail store management experience
At least two years customer service experience
Ability to observe employees and provide feedback
Availability for scheduled weekends and evenings
Reliable transportation to and from the store
