Southern Health-Santé Sud seeks a Home Care Attendant for people-centered health care throughout its diverse region. Candidates need Grade 12 education and a recognized Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide Certificate with a community component. Experience with elderly or disabled people, or in home care, is preferred or an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care within community home care settings
Work independently and as a team member
Respect culturally diverse populations across the region
Maintain confidentiality across paper and electronic formats
Travel to regional facilities when duties require
Requirements: Grade 12 education
Recognized Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide Certificate
Secure Food Handling knowledge and critical thinking skills
Valid Class 5 licence, insured vehicle, and required liability insurance
Satisfactory criminal and abuse registry checks
