This Technical Service Representative supports Getinge’s Acute Care Therapy division through field and depot repairs. The position combines equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, telephone support, documentation, and customer communication. It also supports service contract renewals and new contract opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Calibrate and service electrical or electronic medical equipment
Provide depot, onsite, and telephone technical support
Schedule preventive maintenance visits and respond to emergency calls




Document service activities under established policies
Support contract renewals and new service proposals
Requirements: Biomedical Engineering degree or diploma
One to three years of related technical experience
Solid schematic and system diagram troubleshooting proficiency
Valid driver’s license and passport
Ability to travel internationally, with travel requirements of 80%
