Analyze FX market risk in Toronto with TD, using advanced Excel and risk measures including VaR, sensitivities, and stress testing.
As a Market Risk Analyst, you will support TD’s Global Foreign Exchange Market Risk team as an individual contributor. The work covers FX options and short-term interest rate trading, with emphasis on daily oversight, analytical tools, and risk reporting. You will develop FX product knowledge while strengthening risk oversight capability.
Key Responsibilities: Review daily exposures and profit and loss
Monitor limits, breaches, emerging risks, and scenarios
Prepare market risk reports and analyze changes
Validate sensitivities, VaR, stress testing, and backtesting
Investigate data, methodology, model, and system issues
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or technical certificate in a related field
At least one year of relevant experience
Knowledge of markets, derivatives, and risk measures
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Python, Bloomberg, or Tableau experience is an asset
Bring market risk knowledge, analytical skills, and FX awareness to TD’s Toronto risk oversight team.
