Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Transmission, you will support active and upcoming projects. This operational role includes meeting materials, reports, trackers, ad hoc analyses, and evolving leadership support. It requires coordination across project teams, operations, and corporate departments.
Key Responsibilities: Support Transmission leadership across active and upcoming projects
Prepare polished PowerPoint briefings and operational review materials
Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, reports, and key metrics
Consolidate inputs for reporting, reviews, and leadership meetings




Track action items, deliverables, follow-ups, and close-out
Requirements: Post-secondary education in a related field
Five years in operations, project coordination, or business analysis
Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation experience
Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting
Solid organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
