The position involves identifying customer needs, explaining financing and leasing programs, responding to inquiries, and managing leads through CRM systems. Previous automotive retail sales experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Identify needs and recommend vehicles matching lifestyles and budgets
Respond to online, telephone, and showroom inquiries
Maintain knowledge of products, incentives, financing, and leasing
Manage leads, appointments, communications, and follow-up in CRM
Meet sales objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction
Requirements: Valid Ontario OMVIC certification required
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional, self-motivated performance-based sales approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Automotive retail sales experience preferred
Use consultative selling, CRM organization, and automotive knowledge to help Alliston customers choose Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
