As an Intermediate Mechanical Designer, you will develop grain, specialty, and custom trailers from concept through production release. You will own chassis, suspension, structural assemblies, and related components. The work combines CAD documentation, production validation, and practical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities: Design trailer systems from concept through production release
Own chassis, suspension, and structural component designs
Build three-dimensional CAD models and manufacturing drawings in Onshape
Translate customer, field, and manufacturing needs into buildable designs




Validate designs and resolve challenges directly on the shop floor
Requirements: Three or more years of mechanical design experience
Experience with structural design, weldments, and sheet metal
Proficiency in Onshape or comparable parametric CAD software
Knowledge of welding, machining, cutting, forming, and fabrication
Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or related studies
