The Production Supervisor oversees biomass conversion into finished goods while maintaining quality standards throughout production. This hands-on leader mentors Production Technicians and contract labour across milling, blending, and pre-roll assembly. The position supports safe, effective operations through Lean principles, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technicians and contract labour across production operations
Coordinate floor changeovers across milling, blending, and pre-roll assembly
Verify production reports, KPIs, consumption, and inventory records




Conduct Gemba walks and sustain 5S assessments
Train teams on GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Two-plus years manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods experience
Two-plus years supervising production staff
Previous ERP database experience
Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication skills
