Key Responsibilities: Ensure commissions are calculated, validated, and paid accurately
Maintain controls supporting billing, deposits, and commission integrity
Assess risks from billing and commission discrepancies
Build partnerships across key business functions




Report performance indicators and service-level commitments
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, accounting, or related discipline
Three to five years leading financial operations or related functions
Experience developing high-performing employees across multiple teams
Ability to analyze complex financial and operational issues
Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Use financial oversight, controls, and cross-functional leadership to support accurate Sponsor Financial Services outcomes at Manulife.
