As Site Supervisor with Paladin Security, you will oversee daily guard activities and job performance at a facility serving visitors and staff. Your work includes maintaining property safety standards, supporting routine inquiries, and coordinating emergency responses. Transparent reporting and customer service are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise assigned security guards’ daily activities and performance
Conduct interior and exterior patrols for hazards and policy breaches
De-escalate incidents and respond to alarms or emergencies
Liaise with police, fire,



and paramedic teams
Write incident reports and manage lost property inquiries
Requirements: At least one year of security supervisory experience
Valid WSIB-approved First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Fluent spoken and written English
UOF and MOAB certification or willingness to complete training
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Bring supervisory experience, emergency response skills, and customer service to Paladin Security’s North York facility each weekday.
