As a Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage specialized and professional hiring across Tax. You will partner with leaders, build talent strategies, and deliver robust candidate and hiring leader experiences. Your work will use market intelligence, recruitment data, and modern technology.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment across intake, sourcing, assessment, offer, and close
Partner with Tax leaders to anticipate talent needs
Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles
Use market intelligence to advise hiring decisions




Improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences
Requirements: Five-plus years of progressive talent acquisition experience
Full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple roles and stakeholders
Experience sourcing specialized and passive candidates
Ability to advise senior stakeholders using data
Comfort with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Copilot
