As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will oversee recruiting readiness and hiring outcomes across hotels, attractions, restaurants, and retail. You will partner with operations and the People Team while coaching Field Recruiters. The work centers on seasonal and year-round hiring across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities: Manage field recruitment priorities across multiple operating locations
Lead end-to-end high-volume seasonal recruiting delivery
Coach and develop Field Recruiters
Advise hiring managers on inclusive selection practices
Monitor pipelines, progress, and recruiting metrics
Requirements: Seven or more years of talent acquisition experience
Three or more years of people leadership experience
Experience with high-volume and seasonal hiring
Workday Recruiting and Paradox AI experience prioritized
Valid driver's license required
Bring talent pipelines, sourcing strategy, recruiter coaching, and operational partnership to Pursuit's field recruitment organization.
