Bevertec is seeking a contractor for a 12-month assignment in Downtown, ON with hybrid work. The candidate will design and build Cyara automation for IVR and contact flow validation, and perform functional and regression testing as part of the testing lifecycle.
Ideal candidates have solid hands-on Cyara experience, can design automated test scenarios, test IVR and contact centre flows, and participate in defect triage with delivery teams to resolve issues efficiently.
