Apply employee relations and compliance knowledge as an HR Business Partner supporting Toromont Cat’s operational leaders across multiple locations.
This junior-level HRBP position provides practical support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, development, performance, and organizational change. You will work with leaders and employees while applying HR policies, programs, and legislation consistently. The position may be based in Concord, Ontario, or Pointe-Claire, Montreal.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day inquiries from the assigned client group
Support employee selection, development, and termination decisions
Guide leaders through performance and organizational change
Support succession planning and next-level talent development




Maintain compliance with Employment Standards and Human Rights
Requirements: One to three years of Human Resources experience
Knowledge of relevant Human Resources legislation and application
Demonstrated knowledge of employee and labour relations
Excellent facilitation, leadership, presentation, and communication skills
Willingness to travel approximately 20 percent as required
Bring employee relations, legislative knowledge, and practical guidance to Toromont Cat’s multi-location operational client groups.
