Beem Credit Union seeks a Business Advisor for an assigned Small Business portfolio. You will provide tailored advice, manage business credit, and support financial wellness through deposit, credit, insurance, and investment solutions. The position requires travel between Whistler and Pemberton.
Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with assigned business members
Conduct discovery meetings about goals and opportunities
Underwrite, monitor, and maintain business credit portfolios
Develop opportunities through networking and proactive outreach
Partner across Consumer, Commercial, Wealth, and Insurance
Requirements: Seven to ten years in financial services
Five to seven years managing small business portfolios
Understanding of accounting, credit underwriting, and risk assessment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
Small Business Advisory or Certified Credit Qualified designation asset
Bring portfolio management, credit expertise, and tailored business advice to Beem members across Whistler and Pemberton.
