As an Outside Sales Representative with C.T.S. Food Brokers Inc., you will own a territory and grow specialty food distribution accounts. You will sell to grocery stores and foodservice operators while building relationships with chefs, buyers, and store managers. The work emphasizes account growth, customer prospecting, and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities: Own and grow a sales territory within the GTA
Prospect customers through calls, visits, referrals, and networking
Present product portfolios and manage pricing discussions
Grow existing accounts and increase order volume
Track pipeline performance using CRM and digital tools
Requirements: Two or more years of B2B sales experience
Foodservice, CPG, or distribution experience preferred
Ability to prospect and close new business
Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
Use B2B sales, territory management, and CRM skills to grow C.T.S. Food Brokers accounts across the GTA.
