The Export Coordinator manages assigned international orders according to Teknion policies, international standards, and domestic regulations. This position coordinates sea, ground, and air shipments while working with internal departments and external logistics stakeholders. It requires accurate documentation, regulatory knowledge, and independent execution.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate export orders and supplier consolidations across shipment modes
Prepare international export documentation for country import requirements
Coordinate Canadian and United States manufacturing shipments
Generate shipping plans and verify document accuracy




Implement Finance payment and cargo release instructions promptly
Requirements: Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade program graduation
Two to three years as an International Logistics Coordinator
Knowledge of international export and import procedures
Solid Google Workspace or Office Suite proficiency
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Apply international logistics coordination, export documentation, and regulatory knowledge to support Teknion shipments with minimal supervision.
