The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Senior HR & Employment Relations Advisor to provide expert guidance to a diverse client portfolio. The role is primarily office-based with 5 days in the Downtown Toronto office and flexible schedule within 8:00am-8:30pm EST.
You will handle complex employee relations issues, drafts documents, and collaborate with legal, sales, and documentation teams to ensure compliant, high-quality service. CHRP designation is required or pursued.
