Job Description:
Work with business and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
Design configure and support Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio Contact Builder and Content Builder
Build and manage email campaigns customer journeys triggered communications and marketing automations
Configure audience segmentation Data Extensions subscriber management preference management and personalization
Develop dynamic and personalized email content using AMPscript HTMLCSS and SQL
Create SQL queries and automation workflows for segmentation campaign execution and data processing
Support campaign planning configuration testing deployment monitoring and postproduction troubleshooting
Work with APIs and integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce CRM Data Cloud and other enterprise systems




Perform requirement analysis solution design impact assessment and technical documentation
Partner with business stakeholders to define campaign journeys segmentation rules business logic and acceptance criteria
Ensure appropriate email marketing practices related to consent optinoptout unsubscribe handling and deliverability
Troubleshoot campaign journey automation data and integration issues
Provide guidance and support to developers and campaign execution teams

Required Skills
8 years of overall IT CRM Marketing Technology experience
Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Email Studio.
Journey Builder
Automation Studio
Contact Builder
Content Builder
Data Extensions and subscriber management
AMPscript
SQL
RESTSOAP API and integration understanding
Campaign management and marketing automation
Audience segmentation and personalization
Email testing and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of functional requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions
Good stakeholder communication and client facing skills
