The position delivers hands-on assessments, in-cab coaching, practical training, and Motive electronic logbook instruction. It establishes consistent qualification, refresher training, remedial coaching, and return-to-driving standards for Victor Energy and affiliated companies.
Key Responsibilities: Assess drivers objectively in real working conditions
Deliver in-cab coaching and practical driver training
Coach correct Motive electronic logbook use




Conduct field compliance checks with Fleet Compliance
Document assessments, training, findings, and corrective actions
Requirements: Valid Class 1 licence with air brake endorsement
Clean driver’s abstract maintained during employment
Five-plus years’ skilled commercial driving experience
Two-plus years in fleet safety, compliance, or training
Knowledge of NSC, hours of service, and cargo securement
Use commercial driving, coaching, Motive, and regulatory expertise to strengthen compliant operations for Victor Energy and its affiliates.
