This Project Coordinator role supports project managers, accounting, design teams, field staff, and other departments throughout active projects. You will create and maintain schedules, purchase orders, contracts, billing, reports, project binders, and close documents. The position also involves organizing approvals, coordinating punchlists, monitoring invoices, distributing manuals and warranty documents, and helping maintain Guide Book processes for current staff.
