Trillium Health Partners seeks full time Registered Nurses for its Emergency Department Women’s/Children’s Resource Nurse positions. Provide evidence-based care for pediatric and women’s health patients, including newborns and emergent laboring or miscarrying patients. Serve as a clinical resource while supporting patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver emergency care to pediatric and women’s health patients
Assess patients, initiate interventions, and support families
Provide pediatric expertise to Emergency Department staff
Support education through in-services,



demonstrations, and updates
Model patient safety practices aligned with CNO standards
Requirements: Current Registered Nurse registration with the CNO
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
Acute training with sufficient clinical care experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
NRP or STABLE, or willingness to complete within six months
Apply emergency assessment, pediatric expertise, and patient safety knowledge as a Women’s/Children’s Resource Nurse at Mississauga Hospital.
