This Auto Claims Advisor role supports customers through every stage of auto claim resolution. You will research coverage scenarios, compile complete facts, reconcile vendor estimates, and pursue fair and equitable settlements. The position also involves detailed notes, timely updates, client responses, and collaboration with TD Auto Centre partners and repair networks.
Key Responsibilities: Research coverage scenarios and apply findings to claim files
Gather and organize information from available sources
Reconcile vendor estimates for appropriate vehicle settlements
Apply unbiased methods to resolve individual cases fairly




Maintain detailed notes and provide timely progress updates
Requirements: One or more years of claims adjusting experience preferred
Ability to negotiate positive outcomes when reasonably possible
Thorough investigation skills identifying discrepancies and data gaps
Active listening and skilled communication skills
CIP designation pursuit or continuing education preferred
