As an experienced Immigration Lawyer and Canadian bar lawyer, you will manage business immigration matters at Fragomen. Your work includes eligibility assessment, petitions, applications, legal drafting, research, and client communication. You will collaborate with global mobility personnel, colleagues, paralegals, and supervisors while supporting immigration program management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Assess corporate employees for immigrant and non-immigrant visa eligibility
Prepare petitions and applications for government agency submission
Draft legal documents and conduct supporting research




Supervise paralegal record keeping and document preparation
Communicate with clients and support immigration compliance
Requirements: Canadian bar lawyer with minimum two years' immigration law experience
Ability to build solid client and staff relationships
Ability to manage a broad caseload
Ability to analyze facts and determine case strategy
Comfort with online research and client management systems
Apply immigration law, case strategy, and communication expertise while supporting Fragomen clients from Toronto's hybrid office model.
